Cancel appointments by text Posted or Updated on 3 Oct 2023

From Friday 9th December, you can cancel any appointments you no longer need by text.

Text confirmations for pre-booked appointments will be sent automatically a maximum of 1 week before the appointment, and reminders will be sent the day before.

All texts will include a number that you can text back to if you no longer need the apppointment.

Please note this is an automated number that will only recognise the word CANCEL.
