From 1st December there will be changes to the phone system.
The exisiting options have been simplified to ensure that we can direct patients towards the most suitable options for them.
This will include removing the option of the automated phone booking service.
As we have developed our appointments system this service is no longer offering patients the full range of options available to them. Speaking to the reception team ensures that we can help patients navigate the appointment options more efficiently.
The option to book appointments via the online service is still available and give patients the option of booking appointments even when the surgery is closed.
