NHSApp Posted on 27 Mar 2019

The NHS has launched an app that brings together a number of services that are already available online. These include:

•checking your symptoms and getting advice (currently available via www.nhs.uk or 111)

•find out what to do when you need help urgently (currently available via www.nhs.uk)

•register to be an organ donor (currently available via www.nhs.uk)

•choose how the NHS uses your data (currently available via www.nhs.uk)

•book and manage appointments at the GP surgery (currently available via https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/)

•order repeat prescriptions (currently available via https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/)

•securely view your GP medical record (currently available via https://systmonline.tpp-uk.com/)

The app can be downloaded via Google Play or App Store. The app is not related to the surgery and we are unable to provide any technical support. Questions should be directed to:

https://www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/the-nhs-app/help-and-support/ or

https://www.nhs.uk/contact-us/nhs-app-contact-us

Patients using the NHS app will have the same access to practice based items (appointments, ordering prescriptions, medical records) as patients using the Practices online services.
