2018 Patient Survey
In July 2018 the practice carried out a patient survey with the help of the PPG (Patient Participation Group).
Patients were contacted by phone to ask if they would be happy to answer some questions regarding their most recent contact / appointment with the surgery.
The practice used the same NHS National Survey questions as previous years to allow a comparison.
