2019 Patient Survey
In 2019 the PPG (Patient Participation Group) carried out a patient survey on behalf of the practice.
Patients who came into the surgery were asked if they would be happy to answer some questions regarding their most recent contact / appointment with the surgery.
The practice used the same NHS National Survey questions as previous years to allow a comparison.
The results are detailed below.
